The Executive Arts Maps are both simple to use and very effective in helping people devise better strategy, take better decisions, and sustain themselves and each other through real world change.
The need for such support is by no means confined to the corporate world. Largely through our association with the International Futures Forum, we have been delighted to introduce the tools into other settings that need them in the public, social and voluntary sectors – in healthcare, in community development, in schools and so on – both in the UK and further afield.
In some of these settings resources are scarce. Which is why we have established the Tallpine Foundation: to support the costs of training and support in cases where we know the tools and maps can do great work but the organisations involved are not in a position to meet the necessary fees.
The annual surplus from the activities of Executive Arts after operating and development costs are taken into account is donated to the Tallpine Foundation for this purpose: to ensure that the full potential of Jim Ewing's remarkable work is felt in the world.
